By accessing emploigroup.com or any related product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

EMPLOI provides:

• Employer of Record services — we legally employ talent in South Africa on behalf of client companies and manage payroll, benefits, contracts, and compliance.
• Recruitment and talent sourcing — sourcing, screening, and presentation of candidates for client roles.
• Website tools — calculators, guides, and other content that are provided for information only and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

The scope, deliverables, and commercial terms of any engagement are set out in a signed Master Services Agreement.

When you use our website or services, you agree not to:

• Use the services in a way that violates any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our systems beyond the intended functionality.
• Misrepresent your identity, your employer, or the purpose of your enquiry.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the services without written consent.

Fees for EMPLOI services are set out in each client's order form or Master Services Agreement. Website use is free. Late payment may result in suspension of services in line with the terms of the applicable agreement.

EMPLOI owns the content, design, logos, and code that make up this website and our product, other than material provided by clients or licensed from third parties. You may view and share content for personal or internal business use, provided you do not remove attribution or use it to imply endorsement.

Information exchanged in the course of an engagement — including compensation data, candidate profiles, and business plans — is treated as confidential and is used only to deliver the services agreed with each client.

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that the site or any tool will be error-free or continuously available. Website content is not legal, tax, or financial advice; you should consult qualified advisors for decisions specific to your business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMPLOI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability in respect of paid services is limited as set out in the applicable Master Services Agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time if these terms are breached. Termination of a paid engagement is governed by the notice provisions of the applicable Master Services Agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Client engagements may specify a different governing law and dispute resolution forum in the Master Services Agreement.
